I am not able to drive because of the way my knee will lock-up. As a result, I rely on public transit to get around, do my shopping, go to the library etc. You would think after the pandemic, people would have the decency to cover their mouths when coughing or sneezing on a bus or store, but no. As a result, I wear a mask whenever I go out.
Recently, the band on the mask I was using, snapped as I was transferring to another bus. And of course there was someone coughing constantly on that bus, as well as the store. And of course a couple days later, I developed either a very nasty cold, or worse Covid. I care for my 84 year-old mother, so this was serious. I had been considering ordering the Mischief Toys mask for a while and this decided it. I had filters from my previous mask and jury-rigged my old mask until my new one came. And as is typical of Mischief Toys, it was sent fast.
I love it. It has adjustable straps and a pocket for filters. And the material is top quality. I've worn it out 3 times since I received it last week. It fits snugly and covers my nose and mouth netter than my last one. I intend to order several more. Very impressed.
