When will I receive my order?

  • Your in-stock item should ship within 1 week of purchase, and you will be sent an email with tracking information once it ships. If you placed a pre-order for one of our merch items, it should ship within the timeframe specified on the listing. Feel free to contact us at any time if you have any issues.

What do I do if I received a defective or incorrect order?

  • If you have received a damaged item or figure, please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and we will contact you within 72 hours.
  • If you are missing items in your order or received a wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items/packaging you received, and we will get back to you within 72 hours.
  • We will do our best to make sure that you are receiving an undamaged box, but occasionally, a box may be damaged in transit.
  • If an item is damaged in transit, you may contact us with detailed images of the item and shipping box, and we will happily take the best course of action and communicate with you throughout the process.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

  • If you have an order that has not shipped yet and you need to update your shipping address or information you can contact us with your order number and new address as soon as possible. We will get it updated for you as soon as possible. If an item has already shipped and you have input the wrong address, you are responsible for any shipping costs if the item is returned back to us.
  • If you need to adjust an order for any reason, you may do so by contacting us and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

How do I cancel an order?

  • You may contact us at any time to request a cancelation for an order that has not yet shipped within 2 business days. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your order if your order has already shipped.
  • Pre-orders are not eligible for cancelation.

Why was my ordered cancelled?

  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders that were purchased over the order limit, fraudulently placed, or for any other reason Mischief Toys sees fit.
  • We reserve the right to cancel all orders and restrict future purchases for any individual at any time for any reason.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship everywhere.

What do I do if I never received my order?

  • Please contact the shipping service to perform an investigation into your missing package. Once they come back with any information, if the issue is not resolved, please contact us and we will do what we can for you!
