Refund policy
We will only accept returns within 7 days on items where the product itself is damaged or defective, not the box. We do not accept returns on undamaged items. Who pays return shipping will be decided on a case by case basis. Once we receive it, you will be refunded to your original method of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@mischieftoys.com. If your return is accepted and you are within the US, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package or a return label depending on the situation. If your return is accepted and you are not within the US, you are responsible for return shipping. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us first, but we also suggest that you file an insurance claim if allowed by the shipper.
Preorder returns/cancellations
We are unable to cancel any preorders once the preorder window closes, as our order with the vendor will already be placed. We can accept cancellations on preorders prior to the preorder window closing. Please read the entire descriptions of preorder items prior to placing your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or pre-order items.
Refunds/Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If your exchange is approved, we will send you a new tracking number. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order of our limited figures for any reason, to include:
Reselling prior to receiving your items, your order is deemed fraudulent, or if purchased over the order limit.
