Mischief in the Making – Panel Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Benefits
As a Panel Member, you will receive:

  • Voting rights and participation in the collaborative design process
  • Access to a designated online collaboration space with other Panel Members and the Mischief Toys team
  • Behind-the-scenes updates throughout the project
  • Your name printed inside the final product’s box (as recognition of your participation)
  • One (1) exclusive finished figure, designed through the collaborative process (shipping included)


By purchasing a Panel Membership for Mischief in the Making, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Collaborative Participation Only
    Panel Membership grants you the opportunity to participate in a community-driven collaborative design process led by Mischief Toys. As a Member, you will be involved in contributing ideas, voting in polls, and engaging in discussions to help guide the creation of a new Mischief Toys figure. However, you acknowledge and agree that you are not individually designing, manufacturing, or controlling the final product, nor do you hold creative ownership over any specific aspect of the figure.

  2. Group Decision-Making
    All design decisions—including but not limited to character concept, theme, name, colorways, accessories, packaging, and box art—will be made through a majority-vote polling system managed by Mischief Toys. While your input is valued, final outcomes will reflect the collective decisions of the Panel and may not align with individual preferences.

  3. Exclusivity of Product
    The final figure created through this project will be produced exclusively for Panel Members and will never be reproduced or made available for public sale. Each Panel Member is entitled to receive one (1) figure as part of their Membership. Additional units will not be produced for sale.

  4. Non-Transferability & Non-Refundability
    Panel Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Access to voting, collaborative spaces, and final product delivery is limited to the original purchaser and no refunds will be granted after purchased.

  5. No Commercial Rights Granted
    Participation in the design process does not grant any Panel Member commercial rights, intellectual property rights, or ownership of the final figure, artwork, name, or related branding. All rights remain solely with Mischief Toys.
